About Fire! With Oren Ambarchi

Swedish experimental/free jazz/psych/noise supergroup formed in 2009 by (of The Thing and several various projects), (from ), and of . Fire! trio is exclusively signed by label and has produced seven full-length CD/LP albums, most recently CD/LP in February 2021, featuring guests on trombone and on trumpet. The ensemble released its debut album in August 2009 and toured Japan the following year with a renowned experimental guitarist . One of the September 2010 concerts at Tokyo's subsequently came out as an CD/LP in May 2011. For the third album, Fire! worked with Australian guitarist and experimental producer , fully integrated him into the creative process as a full-fledged band member rather than just a featured guest. The recording sessions took place in October 2011 at in London, UK. In January 2012, Fire! performed live in a massive 28-member formation at one of Stockholm's most iconic venues, . The trio continued working extensively with , producing five albums on Rune Grammofon. In October 2014, the trio performed with several guests as at a mini-fest celebrating Gustafsson's 50th birthday at in Vienna, Austria. included the concert on 4xCD boxset in May 2016.
